Athlete Development

Squash@Work  is modelled after LTAD( Long-Term Athlete Development ) with the objective to systematically develop sporting excellence and life-long active lifestyle.

Metafit

 A high-intensity, interval style workout involving a series of bodyweight exercises, combined with the latest HIIT training techniques.

Calisthenics

Exercises that don't rely on anything but a person's own body weight. These exercises are performed with differing levels of intensity and rhythm.

Resistance Training

A form of training which involves body weight or with an external free weight which can be design to improve strength , hypertrophy or endurance according to the 7 principles resistance training. 

 

MetCon

Metabolic Conditioning. It is a type of workout that will exert your cardiovascular system (getting you out of breath) and will also get your heart rate up, increasing your overall level of fitness.

Squash@Work was founded in 2016 by a squash & fitness enthusiast. We soon found ourselves hungry for more knowledge to  improve an athlete's performance.

Our Coaches have since over the years acquired proper industry scientific methods & certification to ensure we deliver up-to-date training programs.

Lucas Low

Squash and fitness instructor

World Squash Federation level 2 Coach, T3 and Metafit instructor.

 

Is a busy person , yet he finds the time to dedicate himself to squash. Currently still competes in squash tournaments, both local and overseas.

Shaun Low

Fitness Instructor with MetaFit, T3 Certifications, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Fitness and a state player in Squash.

Shaun has a passion to help athletes strive in their field, with the experience he has, he understand that young athletes need to have a fun environment once in awhile.

Alwin Chai

Certified Level 1 Squash Coach and 2016-2018 Sukma Participant.

 

Alwin has played squash for 19 years (since 6) and remained a talented player throughout his Junior Life. He has now taken up coaching in hopes to bringing up more talented players. 

Michelle Stanlee

Personal Trainer Student,

2016 Sukma Silver Medalist and 2018 Contestant.

She has now dedicated herself in helping others by becoming a role model for all ages in both the squash and fitness industry. Her expertise and experience  that she brings in both areas will definitely be a great addition as part of coaching line up. 

Lee Ka Ern

Certified Level 1 Squash Coach and a 2016 Sukma Silver Medalist- 2018.

Ka Ern has also played squash for 17 years (since 6) and remained a talented player throughout her Junior Life. She took up coaching with the intention of introducing more young girls to the benefits, fun aspect and the competitiveness of squash.
